Fast Response to Commercial Breakdowns

When Your Heating Fails, Every Hour Counts

A commercial boiler breakdown does not just mean no heating. It means disrupted business, uncomfortable staff and customers, and potential property damage. Bridge Heating & Gas Services Ltd provides commercial breakdown repair throughout Essex, Kent and London, with priority response for Service Agreement clients.

Most commercial breakdowns are one of a dozen common faults: ignition, flame sense, pressure, pump, gas supply, sensor failure, control lockout. We arrive with the parts for the usual suspects. The less common ones we aim to identify on the first visit; complex faults may need further investigation or specialist support. We quote same-day where practical and return with parts, usually within a few working days depending on what’s required.

What to Expect From Us:

  • Targeted Response: Service Agreement clients receive priority callout response. For all other callouts, attendance depends on engineer availability, site location, access, parts availability, and current workload.
  • Gas Safe Registered Engineers: All engineers qualified and certified (Gas Safe 199240)
  • Diagnostic Expertise: Accurate fault-finding to avoid unnecessary repairs
  • Transparent Pricing: Call-out from £220 + VAT, covering attendance and up to 2 hours of diagnosis and repair work. The figure for your site is confirmed when you book. Full rates on our Pricing page
  • Out of Hours: We work weekends and out-of-hours by arrangement
